Reporting adverse reaction to medicinal products

Please report about all adverse reactions to medicinal products you found out about from your patients.

Your professional engagement in this domain shall play an important role in safe use of medicinal products and the protection of patientsۥ health. Let that not be hard for you to fill in an application or call us on the phone, since the data you provide us with may be significant for the safe use of medicinal products.

In case you miss certain data or if you are not assured that a medicinal product caused an adverse reaction, do not give up.

Send the report, since all data are not necessary, you merely suspecting that a medicinal product caused an adverse reaction is sufficient.
