INFORMATION SYSTEM

Integral information system which is very well developed in the Medicines and Medical Devices Agency of Serbia is an integral part of the quality management system.

Aplications for all business processes of the Agency are developed within this system, enabling thus full informatic support to every day work processes.

The information system is based on the relational base ORACLE 9i which is at the moment best information technology for information systems.

Aplications of all bussiness functions in Integral information system are ajusted to activities and are based on existing standard operating procedures. Therefore, the existing information system is in accordance with all the ISO 9001:2000 requirements, it is a part of QMS and it is a very important factor in further development of the quality of the Agency's performance.
