FEES FOR EXPERT OPINIONS ON MEDICINAL PRODUCTS
THE DECISION ON THE AMOUNT AND MODALITY OF PAYMENT FOR THE ACTIVITIES OF THE MEDICINAL PRODUCTS AND MEDICAL DEVICES AGENCY OF SERBIA – Article 14 ("The Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia" no. 52/2005)

Upon the effected payment providing expert opinion in accordance with the application shall commence.

The application for providing expert opinion on a medicinal product includes the following: the status of a medicinal product in our country, whether the medicinal product has a parallel registered for use in our country (form, dosage, packing) as well as other pharmacoinformatic data on the medicinal product, and the application is to be submitted to the Medicines and Medical Devices Agency of Serbia.
The fee in the amount of 5,000.00 RSD shall be paid according to Article 14, Paragraph 3 of the Decision on the Amount and Modality of Payment for the Activities of the Agency ("The Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia" no. 52/05) at the Agency’s account no. 840-712-667-07, model 99
